lug_: Windows software on linux - again?

These guys claim they will be putting out technology later today, for 
smoothly running Windows apps on Linux. I know this is written in that 
future tense perfected by the Ugandan business press ("Gov't to setup 
ICT incubator" or "Americans to invest in coffee"), but given its 
source, and the players around it, could just turn out to be worth 
something.
