Kapyata ? What are you talking about ? For once MTN has miserably failed in an area where I had so much respect for them i.e. Marketing. A few days prior to the launch, an MTN rep made me drool over the upcoming offer by telling me all sorts of juicy things. However, when the reality set in, I viewed the rates, rechecked them and frankly it made no sense to a lay man like me.
Celtel to me is the current Winner in this game and as for my Mango, its distantly trailing at number 2. The guess is yours for MTN's position. My advice to MTN is to stop hiding and beating about the bush, the issue at hand is COSTS period. Reduce them for real as opposed to "appearing" to have reduced them. Thats my personal opinion.
