lug_: limit with Outlook GPG plugin

A small issue with the german outlook plugin.
The limit I found on the GPG to outlook client is that the email sent to Outlook from other client's has to be plain-text before it is encrypted.
If it is html or has an attachment then the outlook plugin does not recognize the email as encrypted and thus cannot decrypt it.

As the download site has the source-code of the plug-in, this is a great project for University students to undertake.
