Hullo all, I am planning a migration from an old redhat 6.2 email server running sendmail to redhat 9 (acquired new machine). The old server has a webmail interface using webmin but I would also like to migrate this to squirrelmail.
Does anyone know any gotchas I should look out for, below is my plan of action - copy sendmail config files from old machine to new machine (have sendmail files changed locations or new since redhat 6.2 was released?) - copy user accounts from old machine to new one (I believe its a matter of synchronising /etc/passwd and home folders) - copy /var/spool/mail/<usernames> from old to new machine - setup imapd, popd and squirrelmail Regards Joseph --------------------------------------------- This service is hosted on the Infocom network http://www.infocom.co.ug
