Hello Lug With all due respect, I would like to announce to you a new initiative that is starting up. The East African Centre for Open Source Software is opening up in Kampala, Uganda to cater for the FOSS enthusiasts and also spread the word of FOSS in the region.
It is expected to provide training and certification in FOSS skills and looks at uplifting the use of FOSS as a way of catalysing growth and development. For those that have always wanted internationally recognised FOSS certification, this is now an opportunity to achieve that. LPI certification shall be offered.
