So what exactly is Telesaver sounded like wireless ADSL to me from what I
had heard?

i know that UTL is testing its ADSL infrastructure, and may be launching
anytime this year.
Unfortunately, i doubt it there is any UTL guy on the LUG list to 'confirm
nor deny this' :)
