That's all and well, but maybe the list isn't properly guarded against this; 
because the list will only propagate mail to its members from a valid poster. 
I am sure the evil Exchange has a user by which it sends these anti-virus 
notifications out (which isn't an authorised poster on the LUG).

So, the notification should have only been able to get to the original poster 
of the (infected) message. If, for some reason, the message also went to the 
LUG, the list should have dropped it by default, as it's not from an 
authorised poster.
