We baaaaaadly need lots of that...man u ought to visit some govt depts to see this need...some secretaries and "copy typists" are still hammering away at old rusty typwriters.... and processing of info is toooooo slow in certain places that i would lay fiber to jinja and back b4 the request is completed.....:-) we really need to start agitating for computerising every govt dept. Some depts do have the data collected but storage, processing and analyzing is done manually....
