There already is infrastructure to all these countries; all that we need to
do is get the incumbent operators in these areas to come together and
connect. Sadly, this is harder than it sounds. There are issues of trust and
traffic formats/types that these telco's, especially in the non-liberalised
economies, that have been preventing the setup of data links cross-border.
