Thats what I thought, till that incident I shared with you. Poverty can be induced. Have you ever been in need ? You try to do something about it and every where you turn, people are told NOT TO HELP YOU ? You try out some small business and they are told NOT TO BUY FROM YOU ? You run to the refuge of your community and by policy it is UNEMPLOYABLE, so you cant even get that much needed pocket money from an uncle or two.
