Hmmmh, okay then. But not sure if ISPs want the decisions for bandwidth upgrade to lie with the audience of this data, or in their budgets. Still, it wouldn't hurt to have both, so that we get an actual, single reading of how much data, as a total of all the ISPs, is crossing the IX switch.
