my experience with [EMAIL PROTECTED] was really bad. i sent a query about their disaster recovery solutions that are always advertised in the new vision but no one responded so i sent my query directly to netapp who referred me to computerpoint who responded and even gave me a call! but anyway, aside from that, my main point is no one will read that mail. try calling them up directly on their landlines to be sure that they pickup the phone. :)

Joseph.

Doesnt UTL have a NOC email contact? something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] or
[EMAIL PROTECTED] This should be pretty standard these days and since
they are beyond communications", am sure they will give you feedback
ASAP.
Checking their site, the email contacts are [EMAIL PROTECTED]
This looks to be geared towards their voice services but you can
always give it a shot and hope it will trickle down to their NOC.
