That is fine for your outgoing mail but I doubt you do anything
special to evade billos for your incoming @mtn.co.ug mail :-)
exim on his laptop would fetch the mail from the exchange server
- and all he has to do on his mail client is pop from his
laptop's exim.
not sure wether exim has a 'popper' - (so, replace exim with
fetchmail (my favorite) in the above email) :-)
