Right now Uganda is still at the stage where most Linux money is being made from selling boxes (the M$ model). We are slowly beginning to move from that model to where we make money from services and software associated with a large installed base of Linux boxes. EACOSS and KYM-NET would love to see the time when this next level is reached. So there are a number of levels that we can look at it from. We partner on some levels and compete on others (which is healthy).
