I'm no M$ advocate but, I highly dooubt that. IMHO, the more options
you create and present to the end users, the more daunting and
confusing it gets for them [remember, the less savvy users form the
larger portion of the consumer base].
The tool you will be handing to windows is a semblance of
simplicity... the end user does not have to understand the Windows or
its capabilities but just has to learn how to use it i.e. user simply
has to adjust and adopt the OS env. as they've always done and what
they need to do, will get done...somehow...
