The solution is not hard infact there is a person here who can do that very easily i.e anything realtime like that, the issue is content and constant update, Uganda has not yet got the dedication of keeping such content updated. Otherwise if someone had a solid plan to do something like that or anything else they believe is beneficial and will keep it "UPDATED", that solution can be up and running in no time.
