ET/BWMGR Software Licenses
If you have an ET/BWMGR software license and you are running at least v3.2
of our software, the license key you receive with your original purchase
will work with upgrades generated up to 6 months after your key was
issued. After the initial 6 month period, you will have to buy 1 year
extensions in order to use newer software. The extension is a new key
issued on the same serial number as the original. You can see all of your
license keys in the "My License Keys" box which is displayed on the right
hand side of your screen when you are logged into the system.
Mine is old can't see all that anywhere =-O
Upgrading Older License Keys
If you are running a version older than v3.2, then you cannot upgrade your
key with the procedure described above. You will have to buy an upgrade.
The procedure for doing so is described at:
Upgrading to v3.2 from an older version
ET/BWMGR Replacement Licenses
If you upgrade your system or need to replace your system for any reason
you may need to buy a replacement. Your license key will only work on the
serial number that you supplied when you purchased it. If your serial
number changes, you have to buy a new license or a replacement. You only
get 1 replacement license. There is an administrative charge of $100. for
processing your replacement order.
We CANNOT issue a replacement license for expired keys. If your key is not
current (see the keycheck.htm link above), then you will need to buy an
upgrade or extension before you can get a replacment. If you have a v3.01
licence key, then you need to purchase both a v3.2 upgrade and a
replacement key.
