Some spam lists automatically unblock if there's no report of the same IP address spamming in a given period of time, typically 24hrs. Other spam lists have online pages where you can post your IP address for removal, sometimes automated, most time manual. And others, yet again, you have to send e-mail or make a few phone calls.
