Makerere University uses  21Mbps total as per 17th december 2005.
What percentage is that?

Ernest, I am not surprised that you are quite "certain".
But for your kind info, Infocom does 10Mbps down as of last upgrade.

As of the end of 2004, Makerere had approximately 3mbps downlink over both utl and mtn combined and unless they upgraded this over 2005, i don't think it can come up to 50% of Uganda's bandwidth.
