All the info below assumes you have access to the firewall box.
1.Stop it and try
2 Try to allow these ports both tcp & udp 5190,5050,5100
3 Tell us if it worked coz it 's working somewhere in production :-) .
Otherwise do as the other collegeues have suggested "sniff it"
