I am rather suprised. HR managers have long insisted on papers as far as
IT skill are concerned, which explains the rate at which CCNA
certificates are rolling off the pipeline. Hopefully, we shall see
something similar, where papers arent the only measure by which an
applicant's suitability is measured.
