This is true - this is the part of the setup that is arbitrary; 
mine was merely an example in case I give him deeper access 
in .zw.

Dialplans are normally more locally significant, as there are 
security issues to consider, e.t.c. Hari could use a real 
extension (which is the safest), it's entirely up to him.
