That's not to say you have a bad idea. The thing is until someone
with the time/motivation/... says "I'm willing to start A B C
here's what I have could the list forward entries" I don't see
anything kicking off.

OK heres a quick solution
i know of a server where one can download as many files as they want as long
as they can upload at least one file every 30 days
Setup a wiki
Im sure to contribute a newbie article or two
Also, every member shall be required to contribute an article at leasts once
every 80 days in order to keep thier subscription
problem solved yah ;-)
