that pc was released i think.. doesn't have a conventional power 
adapter..  you have to wind something if I remember correctly.

The catch? Apparently it's to be sold to governments (at that 
price) to distribute to the children - China and Brazil esp seem 
to be interested in them (don't ask me about Uganda)

Oh.. and because the founders of that particular machine wanted 
to ensure that the software remained completely open, they 
turned down an offer from Steve Jobs to have OS X on them. (I 
think they run RedHat - well Fedora - or something).
