Ok but I get zero prefixes from 28941.
I have:-

ip prefix-list One2Net-Bushnet-in seq 30 permit 217.212.242.0/23
ip prefix-list One2Net-Bushnet-in seq 40 permit 217.212.230.0/23
ip prefix-list One2Net-Bushnet-in seq 50 deny 0.0.0.0/0 le 32
Advise.
