I can get U access to all the distros you can need. The problem is accessing them through the MUK firewall. The problem is that no one in administration seems to think that it's important to have a local mirror for distros and open source. Everyone keeps crying justification, not realising that setting up the mirror could in itself be a justification for more bandwith and resources.
Bravo EACOSS. The thought was nice, but the system needs to be advertised and updated to be useful. This doesn't imply that collect any junk, but rather identify afew worthy apps and distros and MAINTAIN them. If given access I would be willing to maintain such a system, since downloading isn't a problem.
Those who need distros could contact me personally, so that we could arrange a way to pick the CDs from MUK, FCIT.
