Hi all. Haven't tried this with Postfix so would appreciate some ideas:
Is there a way I can configure Postfix to check that a sender (source domain) is handled by us (perhaps through a file that contains all domains for our customers) during MAIL FROM and/or RCPT? I know this works in Exim with the 'domainlist source_domains =' directive, but can't seem to find the equivalent for Postfix. I came across... smtpd_sender_restrictions = reject_unknown_sender_domain ... which seems to suggest verifying the source domain based on global DNS A and MX records. I am more interested in a more specific search, say, a local access file listing all customer domains. All help appreciated. Cheers, Mark.
