<have not tested this setup> This sounds variable. Could you provide ping and traceroute output (interested in latency to your ISP)? Extend your pings (at least 100 packets) so we can assess whether there is any packet loss. Can you also retry this test with local sites (those available over the exchange point)? </have not tested this setup> Mark.
