Have you tried querying the bushnet/ug/rootserver nameservers directly?
rootserver:
dig +trace theeye.co.ug
other ug nameserver:
dig @ns.ripe.net. theeye.co.ug
your providers nameserver:
dig @ns1.rollernet.us. theeye.co.ug
dig @sentry.bushnet.net. theeye.co.ug
For whatever reason, the records of theeye.co.ug have not propagated to the
slave ug nameservers. So the only way you can get a correct record is if you
query the main ug ns server,
