For those that will want to apply for the IETFs in the US, i think the US
embassy in kla is still notorious for denying visas to ugandans,
especially when you are honest with them ;)

back in the day while still at UTL, some 'boss' was denied a visa, and
his subordinate was given, all going for the same event :)
