Go for it, by all means. It's the been the best way of cutting off SPAM
for me. Amavis+SpamAssassin were doing overtime on my CPU & RAM before I
put in greylistd. Nowadays, there's too much peace for my users ;-).

Just remember to turn off the backup MX, since they spammers will now use
it to side-step the greylisting. Also, remember to put "important" mail
senders on the whitelist.
