I suspect Kurup is right. You are probably stuck in marketing jargon space here. I can't find a 'formal' definition, but each time I've heard this term, and had to distill it down to it true meaning, I have found that that is not significantly different from what Kurup mentions. Depending on the context of course.

What might therefore be more useful is to ask yourself what you want to achieve, and then ask members how it might be achieved. More mileage likely to be achieved that way.
