Looking around for free online drivers, utilize a light downloadable tool called "Unknown Device Identifier" - UDI. "Google" its download file and run it every time drivers seem tricky to identify and your search will always be made easier. However, it is no excuse to throw away those original driver files (CDs). And that tool, UDI, has an option for backing-up drivers before "formatting".
