Summary: Starting with Cisco IOS Release 12.4(16), some IOS
 feature set images may no longer fit into available flash
 memory on Cisco 3640 and Cisco 3640A routers. Customers
 using the ENTERPRISE PLUS IPSEC 3DES, ENTERPRISE/FW/IDS
 PLUS IPSEC 3DES, or ENTERPRISE/SNASW PLUS IPSEC 3DES
 feature sets on these routers may experience errors while
 attempting to copy the image onto flash.

The affected images include:

c3640-jk9s-mz.124-16.bin

c3640-a3jk9s-mz.124-16.bin

c3640-jk9o3s-mz.124-16.bin
