Ishkhan, 41.220.6.44 appears to be a network IP address. however, pings and
traceroutes still dont get there....though i seem to be able to get to one

It would appear that the next hope for any 41.220.6.0/24 IP range is
217.212.242.2, may be something changed in there concerning routes for this,
now unreachable, network.
