Again something that's historical that we'll update is that spice.eahd.or.ug was merged with another more active name server known as ip.cfi.co.ug. So, it might be that some legacy name server records are supplying wrong information. I spare time myself and do the clean up. What I meant by it being sorted out was that atleast the basic things were up & running, and these are the website and mailing/discussion lists. (note from reinier: the latter is not really usefull if you cant resolve the hostname, is it? well, at least we now hopefully know what was going on. A disturbance in the force, it seems. Very confusing, change is. i can suddenly resolve the domain, so all is fine now.
