If i remember correctly, kerio mail has sendmail embedded in it as  
the MTA. The mail box format should be standard (don't remember if it  
was mbox or mdir) but either way, there are tools to convert between  
the two formats.

If by chance it is mbox format and you want to use mbox format, just  
copy to /var/spool/mail, if it is mdir and you want mdir, copy to the  
users' home.

if it turns out to be the wrong format, just convert and then copy ...
