I don't know if any of you have been following the recent furore about Mozilla insisting on inclusion of a EULA when using Firefox, in Ubuntu but now it seems they have had a change of heart due to protests made by the OSS community. Whilst a small issue for some, indeed some might say a 'storm in a teacup'. I think it again beautifully illustrates a fundamental difference between OSS and closed source, namely the power of community in shaping the end product.
