I'm doing a research study on IPv6 with a focus on Uganda
in relation to transitioning from IPv4.

Not to be pedantic, but it's really not so much about "transitioning from v4", as it is enabling v6.

As it's been said many a time, v4 and v6 will co-habit for a very long time to come.
