only way this is possible is if both sis0 and rl0 are plugged into the same (layer 2 wise) network (switch/hub).

option 1: redesign your network so the two networks are not in the same broadcast domain.

option 2: quieten freebsd with something along the lines of "sysctl net.link.ether.inet.log_arp_wrong_iface=0"
