haha, no BLIS graduate. I think more like software / solution to used by a BLIS graduate or records clerk.
I have been googling around and it turns out there are some solutions out there. They are based on bar coding files and tracking them with some kind of barcode tracking software. Filing cabinets, boxes and files are bar coded and the software can point the BLIS graduate to the exact store, cabinet, box and file stack that contains the file they are looking for. Something like that... I thought maybe someone out there had already encountered such a solution which this client could use. Thanks Assey.
