I have one question? Are the meetings attracting more experienced users like sys admins and tech support or do you get more of the average user? If you are getting some average users you could have some demos on migrating from windows to linux and the software on linux that you can substitute for the windows applications.
Just a thought. If you are getting more technically inclined users that already know what linux and unix are then the technical topics you have outlined look great
