Sorry KarolAnne, It does sound like you might need to update Ubuntu first. Do you have any means of getting net access. The only other solution is to have someone download the file then place it in the /var/cache/apt/archives folder which is where they get downloaded too. But I suspect there might be others. I can try getting a copy off Jan installing it then burn that folder onto a CD?
