My player doesn't support Ultra. For now i will just burn my divx files as data dvd, I can use the dvd player to navigate through the dvd and select different titles. Not as fancy as having menus but it still beats converting and also saves me some dvds.

PS: converting sucks. i don't have the time / patience, plus I have a
divx enabled dvd player, so I might actually be willing to pay for the
software if they ever to decide to port to osx, which hopefully will
happen sooner than later given the increase popularity of didvx capable
dvd players.

Good luck but I hope you are aware that your player needs to be DivX
Ultra certified for menus to work.
You can check if the model of your player is listed here under "DivX
Ultra - Home Theater Profile (720x576)" http://www.divx.com/en/partner/certified/
