Well spoken...... the challenge is in connecting the rural communities and the people at the bottom end of the pyramid. Government also needs to take responsibility to manage the appropriate distribution of this 'water'.

This takes time, but i remain positive. No too long ago, the Netherlands government stated that a computer and internet connectivity were considered essential for all people.
