Well, it may or may not be related, but since it
runs FreeBSD, I guess it counts a little.

So JUNOS (the operating system running on
Juniper routers, based on FreeBSD), as you may already
be aware, has several hidden commands that the
developers like to throw in to remind us not
to take our work too seriously.

I like this one the most, and of course,
what it spits out:

[email protected]# run show version and haiku
Hostname: cr-gw-1-kul-pip.my-re0
Model: m10i
JUNOS Base OS boot [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Base OS Software Suite [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Kernel Software Suite [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Crypto Software Suite [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Packet Forwarding Engine Support (M/T Common)
[9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Packet Forwarding Engine Support (M7i/M10i) [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Online Documentation [9.3R2.8]
JUNOS Routing Software Suite [9.3R2.8]

        An ache you can taste
        Be sore as heck tomorrow
        One more shot on goal

        My session is dead:
        Forgot to commit confirm.
        Where are my car keys?

Of course, there's tons more Haiku poetry if you keep
going :-).

Cheers,

Mark.
