Add the "firebug" add-on to your Mozilla Firefox (3.5.1 may not support it) Thereafter, open firebug and click the NET monitor, then refresh the page with the videos Watch for the requests the page makes, u will recognise a request for the video, usually it has the largest size. Move your mouse over that request which will expose it's link, right click and click copy link location. Copy this link to your download manager and Download. There you have your video.
