Dear Members Attached is a complaint form that you can use to submit complaints to UCC in case you have an issue with any ICT service provider that lies within their docket of control i.e. ISP, Telecoms, Content providers among others. Kindly use it to officialise your grievances. This will help us awaken the providers who are currently ignoring the genuine complaints of their users. Please circulate. UCC says it will soon be available on their website and I am going ahead to forward it for upload to the ICT Consumers Protection Association website www.ictconsumer.or.ug .
