You didn't mention about the antennas are you using the inbuilt one?
.Just check the power of the (radios transmit power).

Hint:
Paste the following pings and signal strengths

   1. Namulonge----Naguru
   2. Main site----Naguru
   3. Main site--Namulonge

Wan't to rule out the cross cable and the faulty radio link :-)
