Good day,
:) The Minister didn't even show up. On the whole while I was impressed by
the depth of the knowledge of some of the drafting lawyers, these bills have
been in dev't since 1998 and as such current ICT issues were not included.
The bills (Computer Misuse, Electronic Signatures and Electronic
Transactions) when implemented should bring us at par with our neighbours
and address a few other outstanding issues (intrusion detection, cyber
crime, ...)
FRANCIS.

Yeah. Could you do me a favor and ask the ICT minister what his position
on net-neutrality is?
Thanks,
